Setting up BillPay

Online BillPay is a great, convenient way to pay your bills through your bank. Follow these steps to get started: 

1. Log in to your bank’s website 
2. Navigate to the “BillPay” page 
3. Select “Add a Payee” or “Add a Company”
4. Search for CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC. as the “Company Name” or “Payee Name” 
5. Once you select Carrington, enter the following details:
   • Account Number (this is your Carrington loan number) 
   • Zip Code (if applicable): 75266-0043
   • The date that you would like the payment to be sent 
6. We’ll receive your payment within 2-3 business days after it’s sent electronically by your bank 

If your bank doesn’t support Online BillPay, you’ll be asked to enter Carrington’s address so that your bank can send us payment via physical check. Here’s the address you can enter:
