You’ll have a new loan number with Carrington as a result of your transfer. You can find your Carrington loan number in a few places:

• By entering your prior servicer loan number at https://myloan.servicedbycarrington.com/homeowner/carrington/transfer
• In the welcome email or welcome letter we send you shortly after your transfer date
• Sometimes, it's in the goodbye letter your prior servicer sends you
