How do I pay off my HELOC and have the lien released?

If you’d like to pay off and close your HELOC, please email your request for a payoff to support@carringtonms.com or call us at 855-218-3690. Specify that you want to pay off and close the HELOC. In addition to paying the account in full, we’ll need a written instruction, signed by at least one borrower, telling us to close the HELOC.
