It typically takes a total of 3–5 weeks for your broker of record transfer to take effect. Once you submit your transfer request form, we’ll process it within 7 business days. From there, VIU by HUB submits the form to your insurance company, and it often takes another 2–4 weeks for the transfer to complete. VIU by HUB will send you a welcome email when the transfer is complete.
