Once I refinance, how do I access the details of my old loan online?

If you had a Carrington online account for your loan before refinancing with us, you can continue using that same online account both to manage your new loan and access the details and history of the loan you refinanced. 

Simply log in to your account, and the details of your new loan will appear automatically on the Overview page. To view your old loan (or any other loans you have with us), use the dropdown menu in the left toolbar. 

💡 Tip: You can also click the History tab in the left toolbar to access any payment, escrow, or other activity history across all your Carrington loans.
