If you’d like to make a payment with additional principal and/or escrow, you may:
- Pay an amount of less than $20,000 without using certified funds
- Pay an amount $20,000 or more using certified funds
If your account is past due, you must bring the account current before any funds can be allocated to additional principal or escrow.
💡 Tip: Certified funds include wire transfers, certified checks, and cashier's checks; they do not include payments made through your online account.
