Congratulations, you’ve paid off your loan! We’ll send you a Payment in Full notification and return your original note to you. We’ll also notify your taxing authority that Carrington is no longer involved in paying your property tax bill. Your taxing authority will start sending tax bills to your address from there on out.
💡 Tip: We recommend calling your taxing authority to let them know your loan has been paid in full and confirm where your tax bills will be sent.
